  • Result (Did It Work?): AI analyzes sentiment before & after the rep's response. "Improved ✓" means the prospect became more positive/engaged. "Neutral" means no change. "Declined" means they became more resistant.
  • Quality Score: AI evaluates if the rep directly addressed the objection, provided evidence, maintained control, and used appropriate tone. 8-10 = Excellent (use for training), 6-7 = Good, 0-5 = Needs coaching.
